Most of our clients are successful professionals who may want support to thrive even more in their lives - it is about good to great not about fixing a problem.

Individual journeys may be as short as 3-6 sessions or span more than a year as each journey is unique and humans change at a different pace.

We understand ourselves as "professional friends" during this journey who will speak truth and hold up mirrors as much as support growth through individual interventions and provide hands-on support.

Even though all our coaches have various certifications we don't subscribe to a single theory and methodology but rather seek individual solutions with the coachee.

Most organizations are based on team interactions in one way or another and we support the growth of these teams as individuals but also as a group.

Team journeys may start with a 1-day offsite and sometimes span years with quarterly interactions.

We firmly believe in the power of the team but also that each team is unique and needs to find the optimal way of working together through a series of targeted interventions and reflections.

We believe investing into the power of teams is one of the most missed business opportunities out there.

Advisory work

Most of our coaches and facilitators come with a background in business and psychology. 

We see ourselves as coaches and adhere to the highest professional standards and still we believe sometimes it is helpful to engage in content related discussions and provide hands-on support. 

We always ensure to be crystal clear which hat we wear but why would we let 25+ years of experience go to waste in certain areas?

Topics we talk with clients about range from organizational design, to transformation or the use of technology in modern organizations.

Leadership assessment

We believe each person has the natural ability to be a leader but certain situations require different leadership styles. 

Hence we support our clients in assessing which kind of leader they might need at a certain point in time and if the existing leaders fit that profile.

We use a variety of psychometric tools and behavioral based interviewing techniques to understand a person's skills, motivations and preferences in detail as well as go deep on previous experiences and the current phase of life they are in.

Any assessment result should be viewed as a starting point for personal development rather than a "final verdict". Therefore we rarely offer assessments as a stand-alone product and rather as the starting point of a common development journey.
