We are a network of coaches, facilitators and advisors providing leadership advisory and executive coaching services to C-level executives and senior leaders
We understand ourselves as coaches, advisors and facilitators who act as "professional friends” deploying different types of coaches depending on the unique need of each client, the geography and the industry we work in.
All of us have had careers in various fields before transitioning into supporting leaders as our main purpose and focus. We have literally walked in the shoes of top-executives, management consultants, PE-professionals and various other fields and this informs our work to this day.
We only engage in meaningful work and choose our clients as much as they choose to work with us.
Our founder
Markus Tomas is our founder and head coach.
With over 20 years of experience in management consulting & leadership advisory - former McKinsey & Company partner and former Russell Reynolds Associates partner - he has developed deep expertise in functional topics, business technology, strategy, and business transformation topics.
Before Markus decided to transition and found Meaningful he himself has gone through phases of great success and personal crisis in his life and has made supporting leaders his personal mission going forward.
With an academic background in business administration and psychology he has always transitioned between the worlds and has been an accredited coach for more than 20 years working with C-level executives and their teams.
Markus has worked extensively in various geographies and industries. His coaching languages are English and German.
He holds certifications ranging from systemic coaching, group dynamics, leadership assessment (Advanced Hogan), leadership circle profile, NLP to several coaching institutions like ICF or EMCC.
Our strategic partners
MANA Leadership Advisory's, focus is on guiding senior leaders, executive boards, and shareholders through their most challenging and high-stakes human capital topics with a dedicated expertise in Private Equity & Venture Capital and their respective portfolio companies.
MANA's founding partner, Krishan Weber, also acts as a Senior Advisor to Meaningful.
Aberkyn's work with leaders, teams and organizations integrates the latest organizational science, ancient wisdom and pragmatic business practices. Aberkyn grows, explores and shapes new approaches at the confluence of organizational culture and business performance.
